Product Pricing
All products and prices including special offers are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Whilst we try to ensure prices and product information is accurate on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders, (even if the payment has been charged) for goods that have been advertised at an incorrect price, or showing the wrong photograph or description.
If we discover any pricing errors before we process your order, you will be notified immediately with the option to re submit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
Shipping
We are unable to supply Brother and Elna branded products outside the UK. The warranty on Brother and Elna products supplied from the UK, only applies within the UK.
You only pay postage on the largest / heaviest item in your cart, irrespective of the number of items in it.
Our standard postage charge is £2.99 which covers most accessory items, your goods are sent by royal mail first class post.
Larger / heavier accessories or products incur additional postage charges, these items are clearly marked in the item description,
Large Packet
Postage on large packet items is £4.95 to destinations in the UK mainland.(excludes channel islands)
Courier service
Our Courier service is £8.00
This service is to UK mainland destinations , certain destinations are excluded from this service, they are,
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands.
Please use the enquiry form for charges to these destinations.
Deliveries can be made worldwide, please contact us for carriage charges.
Where offered, free delivery will be UK mainland only.
Industrial machinery is excluded from the above delivery schedules due to size and/or weight restrictions, please use the enquiry form for charges for these items.
We process all our orders very quickly, most items are held in stock.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Some delay may be experienced at peak times, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
If the items ordered are in stock, we will normally dispatch on the same day.
This delivery schedule applies to orders received during weekdays before 12am.
Orders placed during the weekend will normally be dispatched on the Monday
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return goods within 14 days and receive a refund.
Returns will only be accepted if you follow the Returns conditions/instructions below within 14 days of purchase.
CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled up to 12noon on day of order, after this time orders will be shipped.
RETURN CONDITIONS,
THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS and PROMOTIONAL GOODS/OFFERS, WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND DAMAGED OR USED ITEMS.
Overseas Customers
Whilst this website is designed with UK customers in mind, we welcome enquiries from customers in other countries. Prices include UK Sales Tax (VAT), at the prevailing rate, which may not be payable by some overseas customers; however, additional delivery charges will usually apply. Please telephone or email sales@grain-sewing.com and we will do our best to assist.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
If you wish to return your order/item, remember to re-pack the parcel securely and mail it with insurance cover as we cannot give a refund for returns damaged in transit to us (the safety of your parcel lies between yourself and the service you use to return it to us), then send your parcel to the following address:

Shipping costs are at your own expense, except in instances of receiving a faulty item or an error by Grain Sewing Machines. Where by we will refund the purchase price of the item returned. Your original form of payment will be credited.
PLEASE NOTE - FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN DELAYS IN REFUNDING YOU FOR THE GOODS RETURNED.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

All machines come with the standard manufacturers guarantee; all other products are covered by the Sale of Goods Act.
